I left my cell phone outside last night and it rained...?
i was shooting hoops and waiting for my friend to text me back she never did so i went inside when it started to rain and forgot it. so when i couldnt find it in the morning i ran out side it had alot of water on it. i took it inside wiped it off took the battery out and used a hair dyer to dry it more. left it home when i went to school to dry more. then i got back i could turn it on and get screen but then i charged it and now the screen is all white. do i have to get a new phone or is there a way to fix it?

Ah. You did everything right up until you turned it on. Turning it on is what did you in. That shorted everything out. Hate to say it, but, yes you will need to replace the phone. For future reference, most electronics can deal with water exposure IF you let them completely dry out before turning them on. The best thing to do would have been to leave your phone off, take the battery off, and then place it in a bagbowl of dry rice. Completely cover the phone with the rice. The rice extracts and dries out all of the moisture over a day period give or take.
