I just spilt water on a plug socket. What should I do?
We have one of those air purifier things that my Mum had placed on our TV. I accidently knocked it over, it fell down behind the TV upside down and leaked a far amount of water over an extension plug which has our DVD player, TV, Sky box etc plugged in to. As soon as I did it I switched off the power at the mains.

You could get a blow drier and plug it in at a different room using an extension cord, and blow hot air wherever its wet. But itll be safer not to use it a few hours after you dry it anyway.
