HELP! my phone got very wet!?
ok, before you tell me im dumb, it was an accident, i left my phone in my jeans and they went in the wash, i realised when i needed my phone, so my mum got them out and weve got my phone apart and we are letting it dry, it is a samsung SGH J, is there any chance it will be ok? thanks, and dont answer saying, omg how can you do that your so dumb, cos it dont help alot.

I dropped my phone down the toilet, and managed to save it. I took it apart straight away and drained off any excess water with a bit of kitchen roll. I blow dried the inside of my phone on a cooler setting first of all and then I put it in a bag of rice rice absorbs the moisture overnight and left it under my window so that the breeze would help dry it off. It was working fine the next day except there was no back light. Give it a couple of days to completely dry out. Keep it switched off until tomorrow. Turn it on tomorrow to see if it is working, and then leave it again for another hours. I hope you get it fixed! But it will be unlikely seeing as it was in the washing machine, good luck though
